The Client:
Adecco is partnering with a Japanese Trading Card Company to seek for a passionate events executive to support in end-to-end planning and execution. The ideal individual should have strong project management skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders involved in ensuring the success of the event.
Description
The Job:
- Organize official tournament circuits that take place worldwide (from the start to the end)
- Recommend and execute creative enhancements that boost publicity, generate engagement for various events and tournaments circuits
- Manage PR materials to be used at events and events budgets, expenses and negotiate for best rates
The Talent:
- Diploma in Events Management, Marketing or other relevant qualifications
- Well-organized, meticulousness, innovative, team player, interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with travelling overseas for events
- JLPT N3 will be an advantage
