Qualification :
Minimum O level or Equivalent
Excellent in MS office Application especially Words and Powerpoint
Min 2 years experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in English - both spoken and written
Able to work independently / teamwork
Job Responsibilities :
Handling / checking invoices, debit & credit notes
Responsible for data entries / monthly reports
Follow up on customers outstanding & Ageing updates
Office administrative function and any job assign by Admin manager
