As an Enterprise Voice Architecture and Engineering Engineer, your primary role will involve working closely with the Voice Engineering team to support project/voice services. You'll coordinate activities across various component support teams, ensuring all tasks are carried out efficiently. Your responsibilities will also include performing NICE system upgrades and Life Cycle Management. You'll schedule vendor resources for off-hours work, ensuring all required parties are engaged via the change process. Additionally, you'll work with vendors like NICE / IPC / Cisco on-site support for end-to-end voice recording service delivery/testing. Providing documentation for engineering support will also be part of your duties.
- Work closely with the Voice Engineering team, following guidelines and instructions to support project/voice services
- Coordinate activities across various component support teams such as Voice Operation, PMO, Server and Storage
- Follow prescribed change processes, ensuring proper documentation and scheduling changes
- Perform NICE system upgrades and Life Cycle Management
- Schedule vendor resources for off-hours work, ensuring all required parties are engaged via change process
- Work with vendors like NICE / IPC / Cisco on-site support for end-to-end voice recording service delivery/testing
- Provide documentation for engineering support
- Define detailed technical requirements and scope of work for vendor or bank team for implementation
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Enterprise Voice Architecture and Engineering Engineer role will bring a wealth of experience in voice recording upgrades/migrations and life cycle management. You'll have the ability to manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, coupled with NICE Product Certification. Your skills will include designing and implementing voice recording infrastructure and systems such as retention, playback, and retrieval. You'll also be able to provide a broad technical view across platforms, identifying technical dependencies, issues, risks, and impacts on the production Voice Recording environment. Your ability to deliver integration standards to reduce operational risk and deliver operational excellence will be crucial.
- Experience working within at least one of the following portfolios: NICE Voice Recording Upgrades/Migrations and Life Cycle Management, Managing NICE Playback Systems, Deploying Mobile Voice Recording, Enabling Voice Recording Encryption services
- Ability to manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- NICE Product Certification
- Design and implement voice recording infrastructure and systems such as retention, playback, and retrieval
- Provide broad technical view across platform, identifying technical dependencies, issues, risks, and impact on production Voice Recording environment
- Deliver integration standards to reduce operational risk and deliver operational excellence
- Drive business and control partner initiatives such as Compliance Assurance and Communications Surveillance
- Assess impact of issues and/or regulatory requirements on product and production environment
- Support automation initiatives with goal of delivering service excellence and meeting compliance requirements
- Provide Voice Recording Application Management
