KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Build partnerships with key stakeholders in the business and across IT.
- Be a subject matter expert (SME) within the SalesForce ecosystem with a strong focus on platform capabilities and system integrations.
- Maintain a constant focus on enabling simple, holistic, and intuitive user experience while ensuring a scalable and sustainable platform.
- Partner with the business to document “As Is” and “To Be” business processes with a focus on the value proposition that the IT solutions enable in each step of the process.
- Analyze requirements provided by the business, and translate them into innovative solutions in-line with the architecture team adhering to global standards
- Under the guidance of the global solution delivery leads and in accordance with global demand process, execute approved requests and support business users in region.
- Experience working with release management and code deployment tool sets.
- Serves as a point of contact to provide regional support in local language and facilitate engagement and conversations with other SMEs throughout the globe.
- Design, execute, and implement solutions in collaboration with the architecture and global solution delivery team
- Communicating effectively with internal business and IT teams, and partners to create functional design.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or Management Information Systems
Experience:
- 5+ years of related professional experience.
- Experience managing and supporting Salesforce applications.
- Experience with Sales Cloud is required.
- Additional consideration for experience with additional SFDC products including Health Cloud, Service Cloud & Field Service, CPQor Account Engagement, Marketing Cloud Experience enabling mobile solutions preferred, but not required.
- Experience with salesforce capabilities, patterns, and well- architected frameworks.
- Experience with Oracle e-Business Suite preferred, but not required.
