Responsibilities:
- Assist in terms of staffing and manpower planning
- Posting, downloading of applications from JobStreet, myCareerFuture and/or career portal.
- Preparation of Letter for Employment, Cessation of employment letters etc
- Arranging/interviewing/processing candidates for Bus Captain role
- Liaising with various government agencies on the application of pemits & licences etc
- Assist on other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- GCE 'A' Level or Diploma with 1-2 years' relevant experience
- Organized, meticulous and task-oriented
- Proficient in MS office
- Team player
- Preferred IHRP certified
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin in view our primary stakeholders converse mainly in these 2 languages
- Able to adapt to a fast paced and challenging environment
