Job description:
· Responsible for office’s day to day HR & administrative related work duties
· Managing employee and Company insurance
· Recruitment, posting job advertisements for vacancies
· Prepare and coordinate worker’s work pass application/renewal/cancellation
· Ensure employee training
· Handle employee exits and ensure legal compliance
· Coordinate HR events and staff welfare activities
· Maintain employees’ leave and medical claims
· Prepare & process payroll
· Filling of form IR21 and form IR8A
· Manage and supervise the office admin functions, office supplies, equipment, facilities repairs and maintenance
· Others duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
· At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field
· Good in written communication
· Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office application
· Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM & BCA regulations and practices
· Knowledge in Info-tech HR software an advantage
· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
