The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading a team of Recruiters with a sole focus on sourcing, recruiting, screening/assessing, and submitting qualified candidates to our clients, as well as providing leads and market intelligence direct to the sales functions.

The Recruitment Manager must be highly organised, able to work in a fast-paced and adapting environment to ensure the successful fulfilment of job orders.

This individual will work closely with both the Sales and Strategic Accounts Teams to define roles and priorities to ensure this is cascaded to the Recruitment Team, fostering impactful service delivery and collaboration across the Sales, Strategic Accounts and Recruitment teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior leaders to develop the engagement and recruitment strategy.
  • Lead the Recruitment Team using KPIs and regularly track candidate pipelines, priorities, and performance metrics to share within the team and the wider Sales and Strategic Account Teams.
  • Ensure recruiter productivity is met and exceeded.
  • Responsible for driving fill ratios and ensuring we are filling a high percentage of the roles we are receiving.
  • Lead the Recruitment Team in fostering strong collaborative relations with both the Sales and Strategic Account Teams
  • Responsible for building candidate target lists and talent networks specific to core job.
  • Clearly map out other agency contractors/temps in target sectors and clients
  • Target the team to generate tangible leads and commercial information.
  • Develop a contractor/temp end date strategy across key wheelhouse contractor/temp populations
  • Drive the Recruitment Team to follow process and consistency with each job order
  • Develop, mentor and upskill the team of Recruiters
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the recruiting process, recommending and making improvements to sourcing, processing and communication with candidates
  • Ensure we are repurposing candidates and generating a high level of candidate referrals
  • Ensure we are delivering a best in class candidate experience
  • Maintain regular contact with candidates we have on assignment and those we may have placed in into perm roles
  • Develop strategies to support differing ways to engage candidates and developing talent pipelines
  • Be an ambassador for change and be open to alternative processes and suggestions
  • Generate and share leads with Sales and the Strategic Accounts Teams from interviews with candidates and reference checks to increase sales
  • Ensure recruitment teams are fully using candidate management system to maximise benefits and speed to market as well as ensuring proper and complete documentation in system to ensure data integrity
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Able to work with a sense of urgency and meet tight deadlines.


Requirements:

  • minimum of 5 years of recruitment or relevant recruitment experience
  • Proven success achieving and/or exceeding performance goals.
  • Detailed, organised, and adaptable.
  • Prioritize and possess excellent time management skills
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships
  • Experience of leading and mentoring a team or project
