Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on talent markets, industry trends, and competitor landscapes to identify potential candidates.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using online platforms, databases, and professional networks.
- Evaluate candidate profiles, assess their suitability, and create detailed summaries for hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging with passive candidates.
- Analyze recruitment data, track key metrics, and provide insights to optimize sourcing efforts.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with business needs.
- Map out talent pools, including competitor organizations and niche industries.
- Initiate conversations with potential candidates, nurture relationships, and manage communication.
- Prepare regular reports on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence.
- Stay updated on recruitment best practices, emerging tools, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, synthesize, and present data effectively.
- Proficiency in using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
- Thoroughness in candidate profiling and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to engage with candidates.
- Ability to navigate changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
