Job duties:
- To develop and formulate project tasks and schedule in consultation with Project Owners to achieve company goals.
- Plan and develop production schedules to meet project delivery dates.
- To track and submit actual man-hours against planned hours, and compute resource utilization for submission to Management.
- To conduct weekly project meeting to update and highlight project status and issues with Project Owners and identify and implement risk mitigation measures.
- To assist in resource allocation and work assignment in planning to increase system and operations efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Track, count and expedite all work in process to ensure production and shipping schedules are me.
- Support in Bill-of-Material (BoM).
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirement:
- Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in manufacturing and operations.
- Experience in schedule planning and logistics management or have a broad industry knowledge is preferred.
- Project Management and Budget Management experience be advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of the engineering methodology such as LEAN, 5S and Six Sigma.
- Basic knowledge project management, process validation strategy and quality tools.
- Ability to manage project and complete it on time.
- Good interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
