We are recruiting for a mid-size listed company and they are seeking to grow its portfolio over time through various growth mechanism identified.
Reporting to the CEO directly, you will be responsible for various Investor Relations initiatives such as preparing presentation slides, press releases, outlook commentary. This will include being the project manager of their annual report and making sure that they are delivered smoothly.
You will be preparing investors’ roadshow slides with the expectations of some travelling involved for such activities. You will increase awareness and coverage by working with research houses and media. You will organise any related IR events and reach out to local and overseas retail and institutional investors. You will be presenting/pitching growth story to potential investors among the investment committee. You will be facilitating equity fund raising efforts and monitoring portfolio assets performance. You will provide competitor analysis and ensure that the company is being presented appropriately.
Requirements
You are degree qualified with at least 6 years of experience in a similar investor relations capacity with another listed company.
You are independent and self-starter and able to manage and coordinate professionally under tight timeline.
You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an added plus on some financial/commercial acumen.
