Duties and Responsibilities :
•training and supervising security officers • Build rapport with security officers and maintain high morale and motivation amongst the members of your team
• Attend regular meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
• Coordinate and respond to changes in schedules and rosters, client requests, unexpected situations, emergencies and alarms.
• Investigate, review and report incidents and breaches, and resolve emerging issues quickly and efficiently
• Create reports for management on security status
Candidate Requirements :
• At least 3 years experience in a similar and related position with proven experience as an OE.
• Security Supervisor Certification or higher, with valid pre-requisite PLRD and other licenses
• Extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures, and experience using relevant security technology and equipment.
• Experience in handling conflict situations, and in reporting and emergency response planning
• Strong leadership, training and motivational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong computer skills
• Possess Class 3/3A License (Mandatory)
• Posess own vehicle with valid license is a plus
