Responsibility
· Oversee the operational matters of schools
· Support effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of enrolment and retention activities.
· Plan and manage the budget for sales and expenditures, including P&L monitoring for each branch.
· Achieve KPIs set by the management.
· Meet enrolment and revenue budget targets.
· Manage resources effectively, including staff, teachers, and studios.
· Maintain quality customer service standards at all music schools (direct centers).
· Directly supervise the business and operational matters of the wholesale school.
Key Duties:
· Led school teams to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
· Ensure effective implementation of tactical plans and activities at the branch level.
· Guide outlet in charge of operations, provide training, and development, and evaluate their performance.
· Work closely with professionals on teacher allocation and management.
· Increase the efficient use of resources across all branches.
· Manage CRM by tracking and monitoring customer leads, contacts, and conversations at branch levels.
· Evaluate customer service levels periodically and collaborate with school heads to implement training initiatives to enhance customer service.
· Undertake curricular and administrative projects, and assist in organizing concerts and festivals, as applicable.
