The Technical Lead Software Engineer can consistently and independently produce high quality work to solve complex requirements or problems. He/she has shown capacity to lead people as well as teams or shown competency in picking up new technical skills.
The ideal candidate possesses skills that will allow him/her to deliver the quality software which represents Ufinity’s brand within the client’s environment as well as a technical background that enables him/her to easily pickup and adapt to new technologies and contribute to the team.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, of Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication) or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Completed at least 2-3 projects using Salesforce Service Cloud and experience in Salesforce configuration, customisation and integration via APIs; and understanding of Salesforce data model and security model, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
The Technical Lead will work closely with business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. They also ensure that the solutions they configure and customise are scalable, maintainable, and secure. Able to architect solutions at various levels (infrastructure, logical & code levels).
