JOB DESCRIPTION
- Execute Full spectrum HR Generalist role, experience with HR Systems is preferred
- Administer recruitment, employee leaves, & records
- Develop training materials, handle Learning and Development administration
- Organise engagement and other welfare events/activities
- Update, implement and ensure compliance of HR Policies & Processes
- Any task assigned by Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Min Diploma or relevant experience, fresh graduate in related field may be considered
- 3 year experience in HR capacity and Payroll (Info-Tech)
- Strong computer, organizational skills with excellent attention to details
- People oriented with ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels
- Good analytical and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
