- Planning daily schedule for Operations and Kitchen.
- Training and coaching the staff for service quality and creativity of new ideas for setting up banquet and buffet.
- Communicating with Event and Sales Manager to have smooth running of events.
- Liaising with organizer of event to have accurate and timely setup.
- Getting feedbacks from guests, handling complaints and responding in timely manner to have a successful event.
- Having quick response to handle any last-minute changes.
- Coordinating between kitchen staff and operations staff to establish timely delivery of food and setup for the events.
- Ensuring staff and setup are ready before the event.
- Developing yearly new setup and ideas with Creative Director.
Requirements:
- Diploma in business or equivalent.
- Min. 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in F&B industry.
- Outstanding ability to lead, motivate and train teams to achieve goals and KPIs
- Strong financial and business acumen and excellent knowledge of latest market trends
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of multi-tasking, able to meet deadlines and handle heavy workload/ pressure.
