- 1-year contract, subject to renewal for another year
- Basic up to $6,500 per month + 1-month completion bonus

Responsibilities:
- Planning and co-ordination of projects that enable participation by the community and provide support for logistic and administrative matters;
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders including government agencies, and participating organisations.
- Assist with the logistic and admin requirements for the organisation of Focus Group Discussion, brainstorming sessions involving community groups, stakeholders and partners;
- Assist with the production of video content including sourcing and collation of materials, pre-recording of performances and other preparation support;
- Perform administrative duties including procurement, budget and preparation of financial reports;
- Prepare powerpoint slides, project paper and presentation at key engagement platforms;
- Provide support for Admin & Ops Team and Production Team; and
- Attend late night and weekend duties as and when necessary.
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only
- Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years' experience in Event Management.
- Strong organisation skills with an eye for detail
