Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages following established recipes and quality standards.
- Utilize manual brewing methods such as pour-over, AeroPress, and French press to craft coffee.
- Specialize in Kyoto-style cold brew techniques, ensuring consistency and excellence in every batch.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, brewing equipment, and workstations.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations, including restocking supplies and assisting with opening and closing procedures.
- Stay updated on coffee industry trends, new products, and brewing techniques, and share knowledge with colleagues and customers.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as Barista.
- Candidate with Cold Brewing [Kyoto-style] or Manual Brewing experience will have added advantage.
- Able to work on weekends & public holidays.
