Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the scheduling and booking of training venues.
- Work closely with trainers to align on training schedules and materials
- Oversee the registration process for training sessions
- Set up training venues with necessary materials and provide on-site support during training sessions.
- Develop and disseminate clear and timely communication regarding training events
- Support in the build and configuration of pre-course online self-learning modules and assessment in the learning management system (e-LEARN)
- Ensure timely tracking and completion of pre-training assessment.
- Ensure completion of post-training evaluations
- Prepares evaluation summary from summative reports and suggest improvements based on feedback.
- Collaborate with trainers to make necessary adjustment to the training programs based on participant feedback and evaluation outcomes
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for the departments' training programs
Requirements:
- Min GCE “A Level” or Diploma in any field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Planning and project management experience is advantageous.
