Due to expansion of company, we are hiring an accounts executive:
Job Description
- Day-to-day accounts payable functions, including matching of invoices to supporting documents (i.e. purchase orders, delivery orders…etc.), entering invoices to system and preparation of payments.
- Going through other entities payments vouchers to ensure that they are paid in accordance to policy
- Day to day data entries on payments transactions into accounting system
- Engage in month-end closing of the company such as calculation of unrealised gain/loss and reconciliation of accounts and preparation of month end closing files to ensure accuracy and timeliness of closing.
- Assist in group reporting on quarterly basis.
- Other Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or any other professional qualification
- Analytical and meticulous for details
- High integrity and able to work independently
- A team player who is self-motivated
