- Support the Operations Manager in ensuring the efficient operation and completion of customer projects.
- Supervise teams of technicians with diverse skill sets at various sites.
- Organize daily staffing based on job demands.
- Communicate with customers regarding job scheduling, progress updates, and completion.
- Monitor and restock inventory at each site promptly.
- Conduct site visits to engage with customers and assess working conditions.
- Address work-related issues and consistently seek feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary education qualification.
- Proficient in using computers.
- Preferably possess some knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems.
