Responsibilities:
- Support to formulate business strategies via business/finance data analytics by considering market opportunities such as market size, competitions etc.
- Lead to design business dashboard, KPIs, leagues tables to monitor the business and to ensure the channel performances, and sales performance.
- Lead to conduct deep-dive in different business areas to formulate business strategies or to identify root causes for problem-solving.
- Lead to develop sales behaviour modelling to forecast sales performance and productivity management.
- Lead to design sales incentive schemes for all the sales families in Consumer Banking.
- Supervise the sales incentive and channel incentive pay-out calculation in accurate and timely manner.
- Provide support for regulatory reporting.
- Work with Business Finance to monitor business profitability, cost management, and budget planning.
- Lead to develop operation productivity dashboard to improve operation efficiency.
- Work with Products and Digital SG Team to develop analytics models and/or dashboards for digital partners.
- Work with Digital SG team to design digital solution TAT and customer experience management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent.
- At 10 years experience in data analytics and MIS reporting role
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Business acumen
