Sourcing : Utilize various channels, including job portals, recruitment agents and networking events to identify and attract qualified candidates
Screening and Assessment : Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability for the role, including assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization
Interviewing : Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person or virtually
Job Offer/On boarding : Job offer process to successful candidates, negotiate terms when necessary, and facilitate the onboarding process.
Requirements :
- Min 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
