This position is for providing Monthly Support Services (Billing/Collections/Reporting) for our tenant management services to tenants’ electricity and water accounts in commercial and retail buildings.
About the Role:
- To provide high quality and effective financial support and assistance to Landlord/Customer.
- Responsible for Billing and Collections of tenants’ electricity accounts and preparation of monthly reports for submission to Landlord.
- Data conversion on Tenants billing and Premise consumption data for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Yearly Deposit Top-up exercise to maintain the deposit at 2 times of tenant’s monthly average consumption.
- Preparation of Monthly Bill Audit and reply to Landlord’s queries on this report.
- Co-ordinate with building management to manage tenants’ arrears and follow up actions to recover the arrears.
- Respond to customer queries and follow up with landlords and tenants to clarify and resolve any issues such as Interest waiver, Refund of Electricity Deposit. Etc.
- Any other Ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE “O” Level or Diploma in Accountancy
- At least 3-5 years of financial accounting experience
- Possess the ability to work in a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and systematic in work process and data management and paying attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Preferred Language Proficiency: English and Mandarin
- Prior experience in dealing with billing system and debt recovery will be an advantage
- Able to work independently and under tight deadlines
