Human Resources (HR) Manager Responsibilities:
- Execution of the end to end process of staff on-boarding and off-boarding including processing and issuance of final staff agreements and contracts
- Design effective onboarding and training programs
- Hiring and recruitment
- Create compelling job descriptions
- Develop employee retention strategies
- Manage compensation and benefits
- Streamline event planning and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Ensure all staff related pass are process on timely basis
- Induction and training for new joiners, transfers, etc (Agresso and Online Mandatory Training Course)
- Maintain copy of signed contracts to be uploaded on Agresso
- Agresso HR maintenance for all staff Singapore
- Headcount report issuance to headquarters
- Monthly HR report issuance to headquarters
- Weekly report monitoring (new joiners and leavers report)
- Leave Monitoring (weekly update and update to office notice board) and public holidays, in lieu and carry forward leaves entitlements
- Leave Calculation (Leavers – Pro-rata)
- Ensuring all medical health and insurance e-card and policy are issued to all staff and renewed on timely basis
- Timesheet Monitoring
- Expense Monitoring
- Ensure monthly CPF contribution being filed and process and pay on timely basis
- Arrangement, processing and filing of tax clearance IR21 for leavers
- Job advertisement (publish and monitor job applications)
- Preparation and issuance monthly payroll and pay slip
- CSR - Corporate and Social Responsibility Management
- Assist all staff to day to day requests and assistance
