Essential Duties and Responsiblities
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot as well as maintenance, upgrade, and support for ICT infrastructures, including LANWAN, Firewall, servers, PCS, Operating System, high-level software security systems and associated hardware and software.
- Install updates known as patches to software applications.
- Troubleshoot network and software issues to support local / remote end uses or hardware host within company premise or offsite comprising ERP servers.
- Fix hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Manage and monitor periodical restoration and daily backup jobs.
- Train staff on newly installed hardware and software systems.
- Provide IT system support, email / network account creation and maintenance, set up new PC, OS / software installation and network monitoring.
- Provide IT support to local / remote users with regards to desktop, notebook, software and other peripheral and equipment.
- Ensure timely helpdesk ticket resolution of incidents and service requests according to Service Level Agreement (SLA) and ensure proper communication to users, updated with activities and resolution.
- Responsible for updating, tracking and maintenance of hardware and software inventory.
- Liaise with vendor for IT related procurement.
- Pro-actively anticipate technical risks and issues to project manage the migration plan is effectively and efficiently to avoid compromising delivery.

Job Requirement
1) Diploma or degree in computer science or a similar field.
2) Min 5 years’ experience for Diploma and 3 years for Degree.
3) Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems.
4) Familiarity with general OS systems, Enterprise, and Office software.
5) Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.
6) Knowledge in security protocols, IT systems, networking infrastructures and database systems.
7) Ability to manage multiple projects.
8) Good in documentation.
9) Good communication skills and a team player.
10)Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
