Job Description
· Generate daily invoice
· Liaise with sales department for all invoices
· Send monthly SOA to customers
· Update AR aging report
· Perform clerical task such as filing, handling email, making phone calls, replying to emails and basis bookkeeping
· All administrative work and ad-hoc task as assigned
· Assist AP/AR on a daily
Job Responsibilities
· At least 1-2 years of experience in administration and accounts
· Knowledge in SAP will be advantageously
· MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
· Need to support OT
· Transport provided – Gul Circle MRT
· 5 Days work week – 8.30am to 6pm
