So, what’s the role all about?
The Senior Portfolio Pre-Sales Consultant, Actimize role involves supporting sales efforts by providing in-depth technical and product expertise. The consultant works closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions using Actimize's suite of financial crime, risk, and compliance software. Responsibilities include delivering product demonstrations, creating proof-of-concept projects, and addressing technical questions. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and Actimize products to ensure effective communication of value propositions.
How will you make an impact?
· In-depth engagement with prospects and clients to understand their requirements and objectives to deliver benefits of Actimize financial crime risk management solution suite, including AML, Fraud and Trade Surveillance
· Develop value propositions to address client needs and create winning differential advantages over the competition
· Delivering presentations to business users and senior management
· Act as owner of value propositions by working closely with Sales, Professional Services and LOBs to ensure a holistic approach to problem solving and messaging
· Lead and manage Proof of Concept by working with client representatives and internal participants and stakeholders
· Lead, manage and own RFI/RFP process to ensure high quality proposals, which meet and exceed client requirements
· Represent the views of Sales in communication with LOBs and other internal stakeholders and provide feedback from the market place
Have you got what it takes?
· At least 10 years of experience as a Senior Presales Consultant or in a client facing role providing enterprise software solutions to the financial services industry
· Experience in financial crime risk management solutions (e.g. AML/Fraud/Compliance industry) gained at multinational companies
· BS degree in business, computer science, or equivalent – advanced degree a plus
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
· Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as lead a team
· Experience in pitching solutions at senior management level
· Proven ability to quickly and deeply learn new solution areas and clearly communicate their value proposition
· Proven track record of driving business success and revenue
· Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
· Experience in managing Proof of Concepts and creating solution demonstrations
· Must be willing to travel in the region up to 50% in a month
You will have an advantage if you also have:
· Experience/knowledge of Actimize solutions.
