Job Responsibility
- Support stakeholders in executing projects that align with the hospital's strategic plans for clinical and developmental services.
- Monitor work plans to ensure effective resource deployment and KPI tracking.
- Facilitate communication and liaison with stakeholders.
- Assist in the financial justification of projects, track project expenditures, and monitor savings.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure effective organization and documentation of meetings.
- Collaborate with the Chairperson to plan meetings, gather agenda items, circulate agendas and reports, and distribute approved minutes.
- Maintain up-to-date contact details, file minutes and reports, and keep records of activities and future timelines.
- Adhere to governing documents such as standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure actions assigned by the committee are effectively followed through by the appropriate individuals.
- Serve as the central point for disseminating inter-cluster and inter-departmental communication.
Job Requirement
- Possess Bachelor Degree in any relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Meticulous and analytical, with excellent organizational and coordination skills.
