1. Job Description
This position is part of the Finance team within the company. The individual will perform Accounting and HR services in an SME environment, with the opportunity to try a variety of roles to gain maximum exposure and a commercially forward-looking mindset.
2. Specific Responsibilities
Accounts Payable:
- Process monthly payments to suppliers
- Track and process monthly staff claims
Fixed Assets:
- Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register
Leave Administration:
- Track staff leave
- On/off-boarding of employees
3. Job Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Diploma in Accountancy or pursuing ACCA
• Proficient with MS Excel and Word
• Good numerical and communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Self-motivated and have a commercially forward-looking mindset
• Must be able to commit to the work
