Our esteemed client, a luxury hotel located at the heart of Singapore, is seeking passionat individuals to join their Guest Relations team.

Resposibilities
- Handle incoming calls and provide professional assistance and information to guests
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Manages internal and external phone calls. Receives and transfers calls to respective extensions and rooms.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to coordinate special requests or arrangements for guests.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the hotel facilities and services
- Assisting guests with new reservations after office hours
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of Nitec in any field
- Flexibility to work shifts, including overnight shifts
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in handling Call Centre Operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice period.
