- Responsible for payroll and human resource management function
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely update of Time Management System and Payroll transactions in HR System
- Administer and process payroll, CPF contribution, bi-yearly bonuses and medical claims within the specified deadlines
- Handle IR8A and IR21 submission
- Provide administrative support to the annual staff appraisal exercise
- Arrange manual workers repatriate air tickets, transportation and clearance
- Handle MOM quarterly surveys
- Providing information on Workmen Injury Compensation (WICA) report, Foreign Worker Medical Insurance and liaise for settlement of claims
- Submission of payroll-rated claims such as NS make-up pay, government paid leaves, foreign levy waiver claims and government grants
- Plan and arrange staff orientation and induction programme for new employees
- Arrange staff for internal and external employee trainings
- Plan and organize staff welfare, motivational activities and programme
- Conduct staff exit meeting with employees
- Upkeep training records and liaise with external training agencies regarding registration and administration
Requirement
- Minimum a Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in MOM/CPF rules and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Positive, Resourceful, Independent, Initiative, Meticulous, Strong problem-solving skills and able to manage tight deadlines.
