Roles & Responsibilities


• To assist the Assistant Manager, Operations in the day-to-day operational activities.
• Able to plan and organise effectively on the daily requirements of the warehouse operations.
• Work closely with Customer Service Team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled timely and accurately.
• Responsible for achieving high level of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, picking, packing and logistics operations.
• Able to investigate and analyse the cause of mistakes and provide with solutions when there is incident and provide reports and counselling.
• All operational areas and documentations are maintained as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Communicate with warehouse operational team on issues or concerns pertaining operational matters or duties.
• To track and coordinate all orders which requires special attention (Ad hoc orders, Urgent Orders, etc)
• To generate and analyse reports for management
• Inter-department coordination and liaising with Inward and Outward movements of goods.
• Responsible for perpetual and annual stock taking and provide periodic reports in respect for stock movements.
• Ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to support safe working environment including safe operations of equipment.
• To ensure daily and monthly KPIs / targets are met
• Ensure compliance with Company’s project, operational, quality, regulatory and HS&E (Health, Safety, Environment) standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 requirements
• Willingness to continuously learn and embrace change
• Other duties as directed from time to time


Job Requirements


• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics / Warehouse Management or it’s equivalent.
• Strong knowledge in Warehouse and Distribution Operations and Procedures
• 3 – 5 years of relevant warehousing experience with at least 2 years in supervisory role
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Customer Service / Order Management focus
• Versatile team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Meticulous, Proactive, and good organisational skills
• Possession of a forklift license is an advantage
• Good attendance, punctuality, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work overtime if needed.
• Able to communicate / cooperate with superiors and co-workers
• Able to contribute as part of a TEAM
