Responsibilities:
- Record and update entries for purchases, sales, payments, receipts, payroll, and journal entries in the SAP system.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and transparency of financial records.
- Manage petty cash transactions, maintain proper documentation and accountability.
- Perform regular stock counts to reconcile physical inventory with system records on a quarterly and yearly basis.
- Handle the preparation and submission of corporate tax, VAT, and withholding tax filings.
- Oversee treasury management activities, including forecasting weekly cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity, and managing administrative banking tasks.
- Prepare and present monthly management reports, including Profit and Loss statements and Balance Sheets, to senior management.
- Serve as the system administrator for SAP, ensuring system integrity and providing technical support to users as needed.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and prepare necessary reports as required by regulatory bodies.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage the payroll process and ensure its accuracy.
- Oversee office administration tasks, including supply management, facilities maintenance, and coordination of office events.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude towards learning and professional development.
- Able to work independently as well as with the team.
