Job Description:
• Responsible for the M&E aspects to successful implementation and completion of commercial and / or residential property projects within defined schedule, cost, safety and quality standards.
• Be actively involved in all stages of projects, from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, documentation to construction and till occupancy.
• Being familiar with the local authorities’ approval procedures, other responsibility includes working with consultants, contractors and joint venture partners to obtain and secure all necessary planning and technical approvals, critically scrutinize all M&E drawings, documents, reports and materials and ensure that the handing over of completed projects is carried out effectively and efficiently.
• Managing the M&E systems for high quality commercial and / or residential property projects
• Good team leader and people manager with strong interpersonal communication skills
• A team player with strong individual drive, sense of responsibility and task ownership
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
• 10 years in related M&E building services
• Excellent Leadership & Communication Skills
• preferably with commercial building experience
