Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Business Development and Sales

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships:
  1. Foster long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  1. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies.
  2. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management:
  1. Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable deals.
  2. Ensure all contracts and agreements are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals:
  1. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  2. Customize sales materials to address the specific needs and interests of each potential client.
  • Sales Metrics and Reporting:
  1. Track and report on sales metrics, including conversion rates, revenue growth, and client acquisition costs.
  2. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
  1. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  2. Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to drive company-wide initiatives.
  • Training and Development:
  1. Mentor and train junior sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
  2. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
  • Event and Trade Show Participation:
  1. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
  2. Organize and participate in promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Customer Feedback and Product Improvement:
  1. Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the product development team for continuous improvement.
  2. Identify opportunities for new product development based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Sales Tools and Technology:
  1. Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and streamline the sales process.
  2. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the sales management system.


Job Requirements

  • Prior sales experience in the attractions or hospitality industry would be an advantage.
  • Creative and able to multi-task, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work both as a team and autonomously.
  • Sales driven and result-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills, and a high degree of personal energy, maturity, and initiative.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Pro-active team player with a positive attitude and determination to succeed.
