Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Client Relationships:
- Foster long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable deals.
- Ensure all contracts and agreements are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Customize sales materials to address the specific needs and interests of each potential client.
- Sales Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and report on sales metrics, including conversion rates, revenue growth, and client acquisition costs.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to drive company-wide initiatives.
- Training and Development:
- Mentor and train junior sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
- Event and Trade Show Participation:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Organize and participate in promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Customer Feedback and Product Improvement:
- Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the product development team for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for new product development based on customer needs and market trends.
- Sales Tools and Technology:
- Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and streamline the sales process.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the sales management system.
Job Requirements
- Prior sales experience in the attractions or hospitality industry would be an advantage.
- Creative and able to multi-task, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work both as a team and autonomously.
- Sales driven and result-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills, and a high degree of personal energy, maturity, and initiative.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Pro-active team player with a positive attitude and determination to succeed.
