Our client is a IT Service Provider, who provides IT support, computing parts distribution and computing equipment resell. Due to expansion, they are looking out for a Sales Executive to support them in their growing business.
Location: Henderson Road
Working hours: 8.30am 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary range: $2,500 - $3,200
Job Description
- Manage and develop the portfolio of existing customers- handle inquiries, prepare quotations, process CU purchase orders, keep track of orders status and invoicing. scheduling and delivery.
- Generate sales leads for targeted sales offering in portfolio.
- Execution of outbound sales calls campaigns and follow through on leads.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with existing customers and vendors.
- Address customers queries, concern and escalations.
- Ownership of team targets and KPIs; contribute to improving Customer Satisfaction .
- Responsible for sales administration, internal process control to ensure smooth closure of sales transactions.
- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
- Participate in Sales Forecast Management and Weekly Reporting.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in similar job nature and industry will be an advantage.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 Applications preferred
- Must have good follow up skills and coordination skills.
- Proactive, independent and able to meet deadlines.
- Good working attitude and growth mindset.
- Able to multi-task and manage high volume workload.
- Dynamic and passionate team member with good communication skills in building rapport with customers and various stakeholders.
- Collaborate well with team members across different functions within the organization.
- Able to commence work with short notice.
