Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities by creatively leveraging our existing customer base and strategic thinking
- Cultivate lasting client relationships, serving as a bridge between our technical solutions and client needs
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients from initial discussions through implementation and beyond
- Collaborate with Marketing and other units to drive revenue growth
- Gather client feedback to enhance brand visibility and encourage repeat business
- Stay updated on industry shifts and tech advancements to maintain competitiveness
We’re looking for
- A passionate listener with a commercial savvy and strategic thinking
- Minimally a Diploma in Engineering or Business
- Tailored communication for diverse audiences
- Proven track record in building client relationships and delivering customized solutions
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills for long-term contracts
- Resilient and results-driven with quick adaptability
- Exceptional collaborator with adept stakeholder management across functions
- Technical knowledge of heat exchangers and pressure vessels would be highly viewed upon
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving license
