Responsibilities:
- Assist traffic controller in daily fleet planning operation.
- Communicate with clients and contractors regarding trucking, delivery, and pickup.
- Assist in managing team of drivers and allocate job assignment accordingly.
- Processing data into Portnet / Haulier Container System (Fleet Management System).
- Make sure that containers are delivered to customers' locations or consigned destinations on schedule.
- To perform other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Good coordination and logistic planning skill
- Able to accept shift work arrangement
- Attentive to safety requirements
- Computer literate and with basic MS Office skillset
