Job Description:
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and
other transactions - To lead a Finance team to achieve timely and qualitative monthly/year-end management reports,
analysis, and key data presentations to management, attend to audit and tax requests timely and
motivate the team, and ensure that the team provides optimal support to various stakeholders and
cross-functional teams; - Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and
objectives - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Resourceful, hands-on financial support with vast experience in finance accounting, management
reporting, taxation, and payroll - Responsible for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as
necessary - Monitor and escalate collection and credit control issues
- Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential
improvement - Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company;
- Research and analyse financial reports and market trends;
- Analyse financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management to aid in
long-term and short-term decision making; - Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
- Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal
meetings - Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- At least 2-5 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field or ACCA certified
- Experienced in leading and mentoring the finance team.
