Working Hours: 8.5 hours after clocking in (1 hour break)
Our client is a renowned entertainment company that produces collectible card games and trading cards, as well as mobile apps and games.
Responsibilities:
Organize client's official trading card game tournament circuits worldwide, overseeing them from start to finish
- Recommend and implement creative enhancements to boost publicity and engagement for various client's events and tournament circuits
- Manage shop tournaments
- Handle Public Relation materials for use at events
- Oversee event budgets, manage expenses, and negotiate for the best rates
- Manage and support other events, including those related to mobile gaming
- Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution
Requirements:
- Must hold at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Events Management/Operations, Marketing, or related field
- Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Knowledge of trading card games is a plus
- Basic knowledge of social media management is required
- Well-organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
- Adaptable, innovative, and possesses a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
- Strong team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work on some weekends/public holidays for company events
- Open to traveling overseas for business trips when needed
