Responsibilities
- Update, review, and refresh the Technology Risk Management frameworks, policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Promote and guide Technology Risk ideas to the organisation.
- Cultivate a healthy Technology Risk culture and lead the organisation towards a proactive and anticipatory risk culture.
- Provide good advice on appropriate Technology Risk measures and treatment for all Technology Risk related matters.
- Actively participate in the risk identification, assessment, treatment, and reporting process.
- Analyse Technology Risk situations and help to develop effective risk treatment plans to mitigate the risk.
- Track, monitor, and validate all Technology Risk matters in the risk register timely.
- Prepare and present the risk report to all relevant committees.
- Participate in the transformation of Technology Risk Management function by exploring opportunities to optimise the risk management practices in the organisation.
- Assist in delivering the Technology Risk Management direction, strategy, and roadmap.
- Present risk assessment results and report in both technical and layman terms.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System, or any relevant academic stream.
- At least 5 years of experience in the area of Technology Risk Management.
- Good understanding of MAS Technology Risk and Cyber Security requirements.
- Familiar with industry security standards such as NIST and ISO 27001.
- Experience liaising and managing regulators’ expectations.
- Good knowledge of Technology Risk Management governance, processes, policies, and lifecycle.
- Experienced in managing and working well with multiple stakeholders in all levels.
- Experienced in advising and convincing stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skill.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin verbally and in writing.
- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
