Job Description
- Oversee and manage the AP & AR process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to clients.
- Coordinating with headquarters for inter-company reconciliation and addressing any inquiries or issues related to the local station.
- Supporting the Finance Manager with monthly account closings.
- Assisting the Finance Manager with year-end audit schedules, tax compliance, and quarterly GST reporting.
- Monitoring shipment reports to ensure timely billing
The Successful Applicant
- At least 1.5 years experience in the related field.
- Familiar to do AP & AR.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
