You will join the Accounts and Administrative team, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring documents received tally with the records in Accounting System
- Negotiating with suppliers and coordinating with internal teammates/external vendors for the best price, support, and delivery schedule
- Placing orders & expedites deliveries
- Generating Purchase Order and forwarding to respective suppliers/vendors
- Matching of supplier's invoices with supporting documents
- Completing administrative duties assigned
