Job Description:
As an Assistant Site QA/QC (Quality Assurance & Quality Control) Manager at Millennium 3, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services through rigorous inspection, testing, and monitoring processes. You will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards to ensure product and service quality.
- Conduct inspections and audits of raw materials, components, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Document and report non-conformities, defects, and deviations from quality standards, and initiate corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
- Participate in supplier evaluations and assessments to ensure the quality and reliability of external products and services.
- Coordinate with project managers and installation teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements on construction sites.
- Provide training and support to employees on QA/QC procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to quality assurance and control.
Qualifications:
- Minimum diploma in Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, or a related Engineering field with 2 years of relevant experience
- Certification of quality control (ISO 9000 etc.)
- Previous experience in quality assurance/quality control roles, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in quality testing and inspection techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
