Job Summary:
The Tuition Centre Sales Manager is responsible for driving enrollment and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales team, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet enrollment and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.
- Set sales targets and performance goals for the team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.
- Organize sales meetings and training sessions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and educational institutions.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct presentations, tours, and informational sessions for prospective students and parents.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Marketing and Promotional Activities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Plan and execute marketing events, open houses, and workshops.
- Utilize social media and other digital platforms to promote the tuition centre.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the sales budget.
- Oversee fee collection and ensure timely payment processing.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective sales operations.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Diploma degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Relevant Work Experience considered
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Experience in managing a sales team is highly desirable.
