ABOUT AsiaNext (Asia Digital Exchange)
Asia Digital Exchange (AsiaNext) envisions to become a trusted digital exchange for institutional clients in Asia and globally by offering an integrated end to end trading, settlement and custody service for crypto-currencies and digital assets. The joint venture between SIX Digital Exchange (SDX) and SBI Digital Asset Holdings Co., Ltd. will provide an institutional-grade environment to initially trade crypto-currency assets and later to issue, trade and custodies digital assets as well as enable the tokenization of existing securities and non-bankable assets.
AsiaNext is set to directly target the institutional demand or trading cryptocurrency assets, as well as the growing demand for public and private regulated digital assets and securities. It will leverage the extensive networks of SIX Digital Exchange in Switzerland and Europe, and SBI in the Asian marketplace, as well as their joint expertise in facilitating Institutional clients’ needs. Both SIX and SBI have demonstrated leadership in digital asset markets globally through several previously launched initiatives in the space.
POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of HR in the overall HR daily operations and Business Partnering all stakeholders in the organization
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following list and may vary during your employment based on the needs of the business, as determined by the CEO :
Human Resources Management
- Act as HR business partner for our management and employees
- Ensure compliance with policy and procedures.
Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding
- Using multiple channels to source talent to fill up positions.
- Work with hiring manager in developing Job Description, manage job portal and candidate interview and selection process.
- Work with and advise HOD in salary negotiation with candidate using salary guideline and prepare employment contract.
- Manage the employee life cycle from on-boarding (coordinate with Admin for seat allocation and update org chart. Conduct orientation, 1st day set up), performing background check, compensation (payroll & share plan administration) and benefits administration (benefits enrolment), to off-boarding (balance leave computation, last day salary computation and communicate with resignee on their last pay computation, conduct exit interview and issue clearance form, send last payslip to resignee.
Performance Management
- Employee Confirmation
- Performance appraisal administration (ensure HoD set probation employee KPI before confirmation is due. Monitor employee confirmation, issue confirmation letters, arranging appraisal interview and update probation employee achievement in KPI sheet)
Benefits Administration
- Work with AIA on group insurance, workmen compensation, public liability renewal.
- Compute premium cost to submit to Finance.
- Assist employees in insurance claim issues.
- Review, propose and implement Benefits
Employee Engagement and Retention
- Plan and executive employee engagement/wellness and retention program.
- Develop and implement employee satisfaction survey eg. Design questionnaires, explore survey tools to collect results, analyse and present findings.
- Conduct focus group
- To conduct study, market trends, benchmarking, policy, cost benefit analysis and propose plan to attract talent and employee retention.
Training and Development
- Work with department heads on internal training plan and administer training execution
- Work with department heads to identify skills gap of employees.
- Plan and develop effective training and development programs.
HR Administration
- Administer and manage HR system (Time software)
- Monitor all employees’ leave consumption by generating report, reminding employees to consume excess leave to avoid forfeiture of leave. Work with TSW to bring forward previous year leave to new year and open new year leave application to employees
- Handling work pass applications, updating, renewal and cancellation.
- Submission of government claims such as NS Makeup, Government-Paid Childcare/Maternity Leave, etc.
- Follow up with HoD on shift allowance submission for payroll processing
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
● Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR
Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in HR and Admin
- Familiar with Employment Law
- Experience in recruitment, HR policy, benefits administration
- Familiar with HR system e-leave/e-claim/e-payslip
- Experience in Fintech or Financial Institution Industry will be an added advantage
- Business Partnering and Compensation experience
