Responsibilities
Attend to customer inquiries and feedback through phones / emails/walk-ins
Processing customer orders, prepare sales quotation,issue sales invoice creation in NAVISION
Coordinate with logistics and schedule for orders delivery
Provides support to the sales team and coordinate well with other departments
Assist in general administration duties and Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements
Only open to Singaporeans or PR
Min 1 year in sales support or a related administrative role
Availability to start work within short notice will be ideal
Working Location:Woodlands Industrial
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri); 8.30am to 1.30pm
(Alternate Saturday)
