Requirements
- Degree in M&E with at least 10 years of relevant working experience in specialized in construction project scheduling or related industry
- Relationship oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and a team-player as well
Responsibilities
- Support the Project Execution Team by providing a strong expertise and knowledge of scheduling and planning within Data Centre project in a holistic and comprehensive view to the customer
- Provide support to the installation, commissioning, QAQC, project managers and engineers, contract manager etc.
- Provide P6 schedule for BMS Contractor's micro schedule according to client master program
- Work with project managers to manage schedule based on available resources and identify the critical path, constraints on material, equipment, resources and address area of concerns.
- Submit weekly schedule updates for overall project & individual area 3 WLA updates weekly
- Track site works progress attend pull plan meetings with client and other trades contractors
- Weekly updates include:
- Material delivery & receiving progress
- Design deliverable progress and schedule
- Site Installation progress & forecast
- Commissioning progress

- 5 Working Days (Monday – Friday)
