Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of lift technicians, managing general lift matters
- Provide guidance, training, and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Plan and execute regular and preventive maintenance schedules for all lifts to ensure their reliable and safe operation.
- Oversee general repair and maintenance tasks, addressing any queries related to lift operations.
- Attend to lift breakdowns promptly, troubleshooting equipment faults and carrying out preventive and corrective actions.
Perform inspections and testing of lifts to ensure they meet operational and safety standards. - Supervise external contractors during lift upgrading and improvement works, ensuring they adhere to safety standards and complete work to specifications.
- Plan for lift upgrading projects, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and ensuring minimal disruption to lift services.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks or issues related to lift operations and maintenance as directed by the Section Head.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related diploma
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of engineering industry
- Supervisory experience is a plus
