Job Description:
The HR and Admin Executive handles recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth company operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Perform professional HR tasks associated with recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
- Apply for and cancel Work Permits (WP), S Passes (SP), Employment Passes (EP), and Letters of Consent (LOC).
- Handle government claims (e.g., childcare leave, levy waivers).
- Create and maintain employee records.
- Prepare company property for new staff.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Prepare various staff letters (e.g., letters of appointment, Bonus letters).
- Disseminate new hire/termination information and forms to appropriate staff.
- Maintain employee data in the HR system.
- Oversee administration of staff attendance and leave.
- Provide daily operational and administrative support as needed.
Administrative
· Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and building management.
· Oversee office supplies inventory and place order when needed
· Ensure clean, safe and well-organised office environment
Requirements:
- Ability to start immediately.
- Preferably possess a Diploma in Human Resource Management or Diploma in Business Studies.
- Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
